Overview
The Revenue by Crew Report allows you to analyze revenue generated by each crew over a specific period.
You can filter results by billing status—Billed, Collected, or Outstanding—to better understand performance across your teams.
Step 1: Open the Reports Page
Go to the Reports tab from the left-hand menu.
Under the Financial section, click Revenue by Crew.
Step 2: Set the Report Parameters
At the top of the page, use the dropdown menus to select:
Date Range – Choose the time frame for your report.
By default, this is set to Year to Date.
Crew – Select a specific crew or choose All Crews to view company-wide totals.
Billing Type – Choose whether to display:
Billed – Total invoiced revenue
Collected – Revenue actually received
Outstanding – Unpaid or pending revenue
Step 3: Export or Print the Report
Once your report is generated, you can:
Export the data as an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file
Print the report directly from the Export button
