Overview
The Revenue by Customer Report provides a detailed breakdown of your revenue by individual customer.
This report helps you identify your top customers, track payment trends, and manage accounts more effectively based on billed, collected, or outstanding revenue.
Step 1: Open the Reports Page
Navigate to the Reports tab from the left-hand menu.
Under the Financial section, click Revenue by Customer.
Step 2: Set the Report Parameters
At the top of the page, you can customize the report using the dropdown menus:
Date Range – Select the time frame for your report.
By default, it is set to Year to Date.
Customer – Choose a specific customer or leave as All Customers to view company-wide totals.
Billing Type – Select one of the following options:
Billed – Total amount invoiced.
Collected – Total payments received.
Outstanding – Unpaid or pending balances.
Step 3: Export or Print the Report
Once your report is generated, you can:
Export it as an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file.
Print the report directly from the Export button.
