Overview

The Revenue Forecast Report helps you predict future earnings by analyzing upcoming scheduled work and billing information in Copilot CRM.


This report gives you a clear picture of expected income, helping with financial planning, cash flow management, and scheduling decisions.


Step 1: Open the Reports Page

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Under the Financial section, click Revenue Forecast.


Step 2: Set the Report Parameters

At the top of the page, select your filters to define what data you want to view:

  • Date Range – Choose the time frame for your forecast.

    • By default, it is set to Year to Date.

  • Crew – Select a specific crew or view all crews.

  • Billing Type – Choose from:

    • Billed – Forecast based on invoiced work.

    • Collected – Forecast based on expected payments.

    • Outstanding – Forecast based on work not yet paid.


Step 3: Choose How to Group Your Data

You can generate the Revenue Forecast report by:

  • Customer

  • Property

  • Crew

  • Employee

  • Service

Each dropdown lets you refine the report to focus on specific segments of your business—perfect for identifying trends or forecasting revenue for particular teams or services.


Step 4: Export or Print the Report

Once your report is generated, you can:

  • Export it as an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file

  • Print it directly using the Export button


Use Case Examples

  • Forecast monthly or quarterly income to anticipate cash flow.

  • Identify which crews or services will generate the most future revenue.

  • Adjust scheduling and staffing based on projected workloads.
