Overview
The Revenue by County Report helps you analyze your company’s total revenue by geographic region.
You can view billed, collected, or outstanding revenue totals for any selected date range, making it easy to understand where your income is coming from.
Step 1: Open the Reports Page
Go to the Reports tab from the left-hand menu.
Under the Financial section, click Revenue by County.
Step 2: Set the Report Parameters
Select the Date Range you’d like to display.
By default, the report shows the current Year to Date.
To view a different period, select Last Year or Custom Range from the dropdown.
Choose the Billing Type you want to report on:
Billed – Shows total invoiced revenue.
Collected – Shows revenue actually received through payments.
Outstanding – Shows revenue that is billed but not yet collected.
Step 3: Export or Print the Report
Once generated, you can:
Export the data as an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file
Print the report directly from the Export button
