Introduction
Copilot lets you send emails to groups of customers directly from your CRM. You can filter customers, select templates, and send bulk campaigns at scale.
Email Sending Rates
Campaigns with fewer than 50 emails send instantly.
Campaigns with 50+ emails send at a rate of 1,000 per hour.
Step 1: Select Customers
Go to the Customers tab from the left-hand menu.
Use filters at the top to create your target list. (You must use at least one filter in order to send a mass text message).
Click the top-left checkbox to select all customers on the list.
💡 If your filter includes more customers than can be shown on the page, a popup will ask if you want to send to just the visible page or to all filtered customers.
Step 2: Create and Send an Email
At the top-right of the customer list, click Send > Email.
The email builder will open.
Select an email template or write your own.
Customize the subject line and content as needed.
When finished, click Send Email.
Your campaign will begin sending according to Copilot’s email sending rates.
