There are multiple places you can text from in Homeworks.

To send a text message to one or more customers, the easiest way is from the Customers page.

First you'll want to search or filter for your customer(s) and select their checkboxes.

Then, click the Send button at the top of the page, and choose "Text Message".

Here you'll be able to choose an existing text template or build a new message from scratch.

Click "Send Message" to deliver your text.

Once you have text messaging set up, you can then click the "Marketing > Text" tab.

In the Send Text Messages tab, you can enter the message you want to send or choose from a text template.

Then you will select who the text messaging is going to. You can select one or multiple customers. You can also create groups for text messaging or send messages to your employees and crews.

Once you create your message, click the "Send" button.

Homeworks only allows for SMS messaging (plain text), and not MMS messaging (Photos, Videos, GIFs, etc...). This is in an effort to keep deliverability high. Adding media into text messages can really hurt deliverability.
