Overview: The All Events Page

Introduction

The All Events page in Copilot provides a complete view of every scheduled event in your account — including visits, To-Dos, and recurring jobs. You can use filters, bulk actions, and sorting tools to quickly find and manage your team’s work.


Step 1: Open the All Events Page

  1. From your Copilot dashboard, go to Team > Schedule.

  2. Select the All Events tab.

This page will display all scheduled events by default until you set filters to narrow your view.


Step 2: Filter Your Events

Use the filtering options at the top of the page to refine your view:

  • Date Range: View events within a specific time frame.

  • Crew: Filter by assigned crew.

  • Item/Service: Show only events with specific services or line items.

  • Tag: Filter events by custom tags for quick categorization.

You can also filter events by status using these options:

  • Any: Shows all events (default view).

  • On Site: Displays events currently in progress.

  • Open: Shows all open, uncompleted events.

  • Closed: Displays completed events.


Step 3: Manage Event Order and Display

  • Show Closed Events as Last: Move all closed events to the bottom of your list for a clearer view of active work.

  • Use the buttons labeled Any, Rec, and 1 to control event visibility:

    • Any: Displays all events (default).

    • Rec: Shows only Recurring Events.

    • 1: Shows only Single Events.


Step 4: Perform Bulk Actions

You can manage multiple visits or events at once using the checkboxes beside each event.
After selecting one or more events, you can:

  • Delete – Remove selected events.

  • Complete – Mark events as completed.

  • Reopen – Reopen closed events.

  • Duplicate – Copy events for future scheduling.

  • Print – Generate printed copies of event details.

  • Assign Crew – Assign selected events to a crew.

  • Assign Employee – Assign selected events to a specific employee.

These bulk tools make it easy to maintain your schedule efficiently.


Tip

Use the filters and bulk tools together for fast updates — for example, filter by a single crew, select all open visits, and mark them as complete with one click.
