Overview
Recurring Series in Copilot allow you to schedule repeating events—such as weekly visits, maintenance jobs, or regular To-Dos. You can view, search, edit, or delete these series directly from your Schedule page.
Step 1: Open the Recurring Series Page
From your Copilot dashboard, go to Team > Schedule.
Click the Recurring tab at the top of the page.
This tab displays a list of all your recurring series of events, including visits, services, or To-Dos that repeat on a set schedule.
Step 2: Search or Filter Recurring Series
Use the tools at the top of the page to quickly find specific series:
Search Bar: Enter keywords to find a particular recurring series.
Off-Season Filter: Use the dropdown next to the search bar to filter recurring series by off-season status.
Step 3: Manage Multiple Recurring Series
You can take action on multiple recurring series at once:
Select one or more series using the checkboxes on the left.
Use the buttons at the top of the list to:
Delete selected series
Duplicate Recurring Events
Set Off-Season for Selected Series
These bulk tools make it easy to manage multiple repeating schedules at once.
Step 4: Edit, Delete, or Add a New Recurring Series
You can also make changes to individual series from this page:
Edit a Recurring Series: Click the pencil icon to the right of the series you wish to edit.
Delete a Series: Click the trash icon to remove a recurring schedule.
Add a New Series: Click the + New Recurring Series button to create another repeating schedule.

Step 5: Edit Individual Events in a Recurring Series
If you want to edit a single visit or event within a recurring series:
Click the Event List tab.
Locate the specific visit you want to update.
Click the pencil icon next to that event to edit its individual details (such as date, crew, or notes).
Tip
Use recurring series to automate regularly scheduled work—like weekly lawn care, monthly maintenance, or seasonal services—and update individual events as needed without affecting the entire series.
