Overview
If a recurring event series is no longer needed or needs to be paused, you can easily cancel it. Later, if you need to resume the same recurring schedule, you can reactivate it directly from the same page.
Step 1: Open the Recurring Events Page
Go to Team > Schedule from your Copilot dashboard.
Click the Recurring tab at the top of the page.
This page lists all your active and inactive recurring event series.
Step 2: Cancel a Recurring Event
Locate the recurring series you want to cancel.
On the right-hand side of the list, click the Prohibited (๐ซ) symbol next to the event.
A confirmation popup will appear asking if youโd like to proceed with canceling.
Click Yes to confirm.
Your recurring event will now be canceled, and it will no longer generate or appear in your schedule.
Step 3: Reactivate a Canceled Recurring Event
If you later decide to resume the same recurring series:
Go back to the Recurring page under Team > Schedule.
Find the canceled recurring event.
Click the Repeat (๐) symbol, which replaces the prohibited icon for canceled series.
A popup will appear asking to confirm the reactivation.
Click Yes to proceed.
Your recurring event will now be reactivated, and future visits in the series will start generating again according to the original schedule.
Tip
Canceling a recurring event does not delete historical visitsโit simply stops new visits from generating. Reactivating the series resumes it from the current date forward using the original recurrence pattern.
