You have the ability to have the Dispatch Board map follow you as you scroll down the page.
To enable this, you can start by selecting Team > Dispatch Board.
Once you're on the dispatch board page, On the bottom right hand side of the map there is a check box that will allow your map to float while scrolling through your dispatch list.
You can now scroll down in the table and still view the floating map.
