Not available yet
Viewing existing photos — Claude can't view photos already attached to jobs yet. Attaching new photos to jobs via the API is supported (before/after media, event media).
Some advanced bulk write operations — most bulk actions are supported: close, skip, reopen, assign crew, and bulk employee reassignment across jobs. Complex multi-record edits beyond these may not be fully supported.
Sending messages or emails — Claude can’t send emails or SMS to customers on your behalf yet
Payment processing — Claude can see invoice totals and status, but can’t process payments
Offline or scheduled queries — Claude works in real-time; it can’t run automated reports on a schedule yet
Creating standalone invoices — you can convert an accepted estimate to an invoice, but creating invoices from scratch isn’t supported yet
