Upsell Your Customers in Field Force

Introduction

This article explains how to send an upsell to a customer while you’re on a visit in the Field Force app. It’s designed for field reps who want to quickly offer additional products or services directly from a visit.


Before You Begin: Create an Upsell in Copilot CRM

Before you can send an upsell in Field Force, you must first create the upsell in Copilot CRM.

Important: Only upsells that already exist in your Copilot CRM account can be sent from the Field Force app.


Step 1: Open a Visit in the Field Force App

  1. Open the Field Force mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Visit you want to send an upsell from.

  3. Open the visit details screen.


Step 2: Open the Send Upsell Action

  1. In the top-left corner of the visit screen, tap the three dots (⋮) button.

  2. A drawer will slide up from the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap Send an Upsell.


Step 3: Select an Upsell

  1. Choose one of the existing upsells from your account.

  2. Review your selection.

  3. Tap Next.


Step 4: Confirm and Send the Upsell

A confirmation drawer will appear showing:

  • The customer’s name

  • The upsell you selected

If Manager Review Is Required

  • The action button will say Send for Review.

  • Tapping this sends the upsell to a manager for approval before it’s sent to the customer.

If Manager Review Is Not Required

  • The action button will say Send an Upsell.

  • Tapping this sends the upsell directly to the customer.


Step 5: Confirm Success

After sending:

  • A success drawer will appear.

  • Tap the button to exit the drawer.

Your upsell has now been successfully sent to the customer.
