Is Field Force free to use?

Yes! Field Force is completely free to download and use.

All you need is an active Copilot CRM account. Simply log in using your existing credentials, and you’re ready to go.


Where can I download the Field Force app?

Field Force is available on both major app stores:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS devices)

  • Google Play Store (for Android devices)

Search for “Field Force by Copilot CRM” to find it.


Who is the Field Force app for?

Field Force is designed specifically for field employees and technicians who:

  • View and complete jobs assigned to them

  • Track time worked in the field

  • Send notes and photos to the office

  • Work in areas with little or no internet connection

Office staff and managers should continue using the Copilot CRM web or mobile app for full system access.


Does Field Force work offline?

Yes — Field Force supports full Offline Mode.

Once you’ve logged in while connected to the internet, you can continue using the app even without service.


Your updates will automatically sync once you’re back online.

Note: You must be connected to the internet the first time you log in so the app can download your data.


Which employees can access Field Force?

Any employee with an active Copilot CRM login can use Field Force.

They simply need to:

  1. Download the app on their mobile device.

  2. Log in using their Copilot CRM email and password.

This provides access to features made for field teams, including job tracking, time logging, and offline functionality.


How does Offline Mode work?

Offline Mode lets field workers stay productive even without internet access.

While offline, employees can:

  • View their route and scheduled visits

  • Clock in and out of jobs

  • Complete invoiceable visits

  • Leave notes for the dispatcher

  • Take before and after photos

  • Record and upload videos

The app automatically detects when connectivity is lost and continues running without interruption.


All offline actions are saved and synced automatically once the device reconnects — no manual steps required.


How can I upload videos?

You can upload videos as part of your visit documentation.

  1. Open a visit from your schedule.

  2. Scroll to the Before & After Media section.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Take Photo / Record Video: Capture new media using your device’s camera.

    • Choose from Library: Upload existing photos or videos.

Video Guidelines:

  • File size limit: 200 MB per video

  • Recommended settings: 720p resolution, about 3–4 minutes max

  • Field Force automatically compresses videos before uploading

These uploads sync back to Copilot CRM and can be viewed by the office team in real time.
