Using the Unscheduled Work Feature

Updated over a week ago

Introduction

Use the Unscheduled Work page to get a clear, centralized view of all services that need to be scheduled. This is ideal for teams managing large volumes of accepted estimates across multiple customers and properties.

Check out this feature demo to see how it works!

What Is Unscheduled Work?

The Unscheduled Work page displays all accepted estimate line items that have not yet been added to a visit.

This gives you a Bird’s-eye view of all upcoming work that still needs scheduling—organized and filterable so you can plan efficiently.

Important: Estimate items accepted before October 1, 2025 will not appear on this page.

Page Overview

The Unscheduled Work page is located at: Team > Unscheduled Work

Here’s what you’ll see:

  • A table of all unscheduled accepted services

  • Columns for Service, Date Accepted, Customer, Property, Description, Estimate, and more

  • Search, filters, and grouping options

  • A calendar icon for scheduling each service

  • Checkboxes to bulk-schedule multiple services at once

Grouping and Filtering Options

You can organize your list using the Group bar at the top of the page.

Available Grouping Options

  • Estimate

  • Customer

  • Service Category

  • No Grouping

Search

Use the Search bar in the top right to search across all columns in the table.

Scheduling Individual Services

To schedule a single service:

  1. Locate the service in the table.

  2. Click the calendar icon on the right-hand side.

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Create new visit
Creates a brand-new visit with this service.

    • Add item to existing visit
Adds the service to an already scheduled or draft visit.

    • Mark as scheduled
Marks the service as scheduled without creating a visit.

Note:
Use Mark as scheduled only for work that doesn’t require a visit to be created.

Scheduling Multiple Services at Once

You can bulk-schedule items for the same customer and property.

To do this:

  1. Select the checkboxes next to multiple services.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Select one of the available scheduling actions:

    • Create new visit

    • Add to existing visit

    • Mark as scheduled

Important: Bulk actions are only available when all selected services belong to the same customer and property.

Why Items Might Not Appear

A service will not appear in Unscheduled Work if:

  • It’s already associated with a visit (past or future)

  • The estimate was accepted before July 1, 2025

  • The estimate line item was not accepted

  • It’s already been marked as scheduled
