Overview
The Field Force app helps field employees stay focused on their daily work.
Your schedule shows only what matters most: the jobs you’ve completed, what’s coming up today, and what’s next tomorrow.
This simple three-day view keeps your workday clear and distraction-free.
Viewing Your Schedule
When you open Field Force, you’ll see your schedule organized into three sections:
Yesterday
Today
Tomorrow
Each section displays all your assigned events for that day, such as:
Visits (customer jobs)
Meetings
To-Dos
You can tap any event to open its details.
Event Details
Tapping on an event opens the Event View, where you can see:
Event Type: Visit, Meeting, or To-Do.
Event Title: The name of the job or task.
Customer Name and Property Address
Navigation Options: Open directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps to drive to the property.
Tabs
Inside an event, you’ll find two main tabs:
Visit Tab
This tab includes the details needed to complete your work on-site:
Skip or Complete the Visit: Skip if weather or access prevents work, or complete when the job is finished.
Services to Perform: Shows which services to complete at the property (pricing is hidden to reduce distractions).
Notes for the Dispatcher: Leave updates for office staff about the visit, such as gate issues, weather delays, or extra work performed.
Before and After Media: Upload photos or videos of the job site.
Videos are automatically compressed to keep file sizes under 200 MB.
For best results, record in 720p resolution and keep videos around 3–4 minutes.
You’ll also see any media attached by the office, such as estimator walkthroughs or project references.
Property Tab
The Property tab provides helpful background about the location:
Property Notes: Details such as gate codes or special instructions.
Property Media: Photos and videos related to the property.
Customer Information: Name, phone number, and contact details.
Multi-Day and Recurring Events
If an event is part of a recurring series or spans multiple days, you’ll see this listed in the event details.
This helps you understand whether you’re completing a single visit or part of a longer project.
At the Bottom: Time Tracking Bar
At the bottom of every event view, you’ll see your time tracking bar:
Tap Start to begin tracking time for that visit.
A live timer shows how long you’ve worked.
The progress bar compares your tracked time to the job’s budgeted hours:
Green: You’re within the budgeted time.
Red: You’ve exceeded the allotted time.
💡 If you have any trouble viewing your schedule, or think an event is missing, reach out to your dispatcher or manager to make sure you've been assigned to that event.
