Overview
You can create a new Texting Template by going to the "Marketing>Text", or the Chat Bubble at the top right-hand side of your screen.
Then click the "Text Message Templates."
Give your new template a name, and type the content.
Merge Tags
You can add tags by clicking the "Insert Customer / Company Info" button. These will autofill with the info when the text message is sent.
For example - the {{CUSTOMER_NAME}} tag will fill in the customer's name of the person you send the text message to.
Emojis
Emojis are supported in SMS messages, but they use more characters than standard text, which can shorten your available message length. Stick to common emojis from your keyboard — non-standard symbols or characters copied from other websites may not display correctly for recipients.
Creating your template
When finished typing up the Text Template, click the "Create Template" button.
The new Text Template will be located in the Templates List.
