How to book support calls

Learn how to schedule a phone or Zoom support call directly from the Homeworks live support widget.

Introduction

You can book a support call through the in-app messenger if you're on a paid plan. This guide walks you through how to schedule and what to expect.

Step 1: Open the Live Support Widget

  • Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your Homeworks dashboard

  • Click the live support widget to open the messenger

Step 2: Access Booking Options

  • In the messenger, go to the Home tab

  • Scroll down to view available support options

If you're on a supported plan, you'll see:

  • 15-minute Phone Support Call

  • 20-minute Zoom Support Call

Step 3: Choose a Time

  • Click your preferred support option

  • Select a date and time that works for you

  • Complete the booking questionnaire, including:

    • Reason for the call

    • Contact details

Step 4: Confirm Your Booking

Once submitted:

  • A calendar event will be created

  • The invite will be sent to the email address you provided

What Happens Next?

For Zoom Support Calls

  • Open the calendar invite

  • Click the Zoom meeting link at the scheduled time

For Phone Support Calls

  • A Homeworks support agent will call the phone number you entered at the scheduled time

Plan Availability

Important:

  • Support calls are only available on paid plans

  • The Solo (Free) plan does not include access to support calls
