🔐 For Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)

If you're on a paid plan, you're connected directly with our support team.

To submit feedback or report a bug:

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right of your screen).

  2. Start a new conversation with us.

  3. Tell us what you'd like to share — bug report, feature request, or general feedback!

✅ Your message will be reviewed by our support and product teams. We may follow up with questions or updates.


🆓 For Free Plan (Solo)

Solo users can still share feedback or bugs through special quick links in the messenger.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right).

  2. Scroll to find:

    • 🔧 Report a Bug

    • 💡 Submit Feedback

Click either link to open a short form and submit your message directly to our team — no need to wait for a reply!


📝 Tips for Helpful Feedback

  • Be as specific as possible (what happened, what you expected, steps to reproduce)

  • Attach a screenshot or screen recording if applicable
