If you're on a paid plan, you're connected directly with our support team.

To submit feedback or report a bug:

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right of your screen).

  2. Start a new conversation with us.

  3. Tell us what you'd like to share β€” bug report, feature request, or general feedback!

βœ… Your message will be reviewed by our support and product teams. We may follow up with questions or updates.

Solo users can still share feedback or bugs through special quick links in the messenger.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right).

  2. Scroll to find:

Click either link to open a short form and submit your message directly to our team β€” no need to wait for a reply!
