Introduction

This article explains how to submit bugs and feature requests in Homeworks, depending on whether you're on a paid or free plan.


🔐 For Paid Plans (Growth, Enterprise)

If you're on a paid plan, you have direct access to our support team for bug reporting, plus a self-service feature request system.

Report a Bug

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right of your screen).

  2. Start a new conversation with our support team.

  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing.

✅ Your message will be reviewed by our support and product teams. We may follow up with questions or updates.

Submit a Feature Request

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right).

  2. Select Give Feedback.

  3. You can:

    • Submit a new feature request

    • View existing requests

    • Vote on features

    • Comment on ideas

Note: Feature requests are public, so you can track progress and collaborate with other users.


🆓 For Free Plan (Solo)

If you're on the Solo (free) plan, you can still report bugs through the messenger.

Report a Bug

  1. Click the messenger (bottom-right).

  2. Click the "Report a bug" button.

  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing.


📝 Tips for Helpful Bug Reports

To help us resolve issues faster, include:

  • A clear description of what happened

  • What you expected to happen instead

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)
