  • See user seat usage and related costs

  • View and update the payment method on file for your subscription

  • Review your billing and order history

šŸ’” Only the account owner can edit billing details. View access can be granted to any employee with a user seat.

How to update your payment method on file

You can update your payment method on file by clicking the "Edit" button next to the Payment Methods modal.

šŸ’³ Currently you can only add a debit/credit card on file to pay for your Homeworks subscription.

How to view your payment invoices/receipts

When you make a payment for Homeworks, the receipt automatically gets linked to your Billing page in your account.

To view these receipts, you can click on the blue payment date. This will bring up a Stripe payment page where you can download the invoice or receipt.

🧾 If you are viewing older payments, Stripe will show an expired page and require you to enter the email associated with the receipt. This will typically be the email you used to sign up with Homeworks.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time.

When you upgrade:

  • Your new plan takes effect immediately

  • You gain access to additional features right away

  • Any charges are applied immediately

You can downgrade your plan at any time.

When you downgrade:

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Changes take effect on your next renewal date
