Overview
You can view and manage your Homeworks billing information in Settings > Your Billing History.
From this page, you can:
View details about your current plan
Cancel or adjust your plan
See user seat usage and related costs
View the payment method on file for your subscription
Review your billing and order history
Only the account owner can edit billing details. View access can be granted to any employee with a user seat.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
When you upgrade:
Your new plan takes effect immediately
You gain access to additional features right away
Any charges are applied immediately
Updated billing details appear in your billing history
Downgrading your plan
You can downgrade your plan at any time.
When you downgrade:
Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
Changes take effect on your next renewal date
How to adjust your plan
Go to the Plan section in your billing history and select Adjust plan. A new page will show the available plan options and the differences between them. After selecting a new plan, you will see a confirmation outlining the changes that will take place and when they will go into effect.
