Billing

Overview

You can view and manage your Homeworks billing information in Settings > Your Billing History.

From this page, you can:

  • View details about your current plan

  • Cancel or adjust your plan

  • See user seat usage and related costs

  • View the payment method on file for your subscription

  • Review your billing and order history

Only the account owner can edit billing details. View access can be granted to any employee with a user seat.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time.

When you upgrade:

  • Your new plan takes effect immediately

  • You gain access to additional features right away

  • Any charges are applied immediately

  • Updated billing details appear in your billing history

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade your plan at any time.

When you downgrade:

  • Your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • Changes take effect on your next renewal date

How to adjust your plan

Go to the Plan section in your billing history and select Adjust plan. A new page will show the available plan options and the differences between them. After selecting a new plan, you will see a confirmation outlining the changes that will take place and when they will go into effect.
