Deleting a Level Billing Agreement

Overview

If you no longer need a Level Billing Agreement, you can delete it directly from your Finances tab.


Before proceeding, please note that deleting an agreement also removes its related invoices permanently.


Step 1: Open the Level Billing Page

  1. Go to Finances > Level Billing.

  2. Locate the Level Billing Agreement you want to delete.


Step 2: Delete the Agreement

  1. On the right-hand side of the agreement, click the Trash Can icon.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the agreement.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.

Once confirmed, the Level Billing Agreement and all related invoices will be permanently deleted.


Important Warning ⚠️

Deleting a Level Billing Agreement will also:

  • Delete all invoices associated with that agreement.

  • Remove all billing history tied to that contract.

These deletions cannot be undone.


Be absolutely certain this is what you want before confirming.


Tip

If you only want to pause or stop billing temporarily, consider disabling automatic invoice creation instead of deleting the agreement entirely.
