How Can I Reset My Account?

Introduction

If you need to start fresh or clear specific data, Copilot allows you to reset your account. You can choose to delete everything or only certain areas, such as customers, invoices, or schedules.

IMPORTANT: This cannot be undone. All selections you make will be permanently deleted.


Step 1: Open Account Settings

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your Copilot screen.

  2. On the Your Business Profile page, click the red Reset Account button.

Step 2: Choose What to Reset

  1. On the next page, you’ll see a list of data categories (e.g., Customers, Estimates, Invoices, Visits).

  2. Click the checkboxes next to the areas you want to reset.

    • Checked boxes indicate categories that will be deleted.

    • Leave a box unchecked to keep that data intact.

Step 3: Confirm and Reset

  1. Once you’ve selected the categories to delete, click the Reset button in the bottom-right corner.

  2. You’ll be prompted to enter your Master Password — this is the password used to create your Copilot CRM account.

  3. After confirming, the selected data will be permanently deleted.

Warning: Resetting data cannot be undone. Make sure to double-check your selections before confirming.
