Introduction
If you forget your password or simply want to update it, you can reset your Copilot account password in just a few steps.
Resetting Your Password from the Login Page
Go to the Copilot login page.
Click Click Here to Reset Your Password.
Enter the email address associated with your Copilot account.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password.
Important: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Resetting Your Password While Logged In
If you’re already logged in but want to change your password:
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Edit Account.
Go to the Login section and click Change Password.
Once done save changes.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t receive the reset email, confirm that you entered the correct email address tied to your Copilot account.
If you still can’t access your account, reach out to Copilot Support for help.
