Overview
You can easily update property details such as address, notes, or service information directly from the Properties page in Copilot CRM.
Step 1: Open the Properties Page
Click the Customers tab in your Copilot dashboard.
Select Properties from the submenu.
This will display a list of all properties currently linked to your customers.
Step 2: Find the Property to Edit
Locate the property you want to update.
Use the search bar to quickly find a property by name or address.
Click the pencil icon next to that property to open the edit view.
Step 3: Make Your Changes
Once the property details are open, update any fields as needed — such as:
Property Name or Address
Property Type
Custom Fields
Notes or Photos/Documents
Note:
Most changes you make on this page are saved automatically. You don’t need to click a separate Save button unless one is next to the setting.
Step 4: Confirm Your Updates
After editing, you can navigate away or return to the Properties page to confirm your changes. The updated information will immediately appear in the property record.
Tip
If you manage multiple properties, use the Global Search Bar to quickly locate and edit specific records without navigating through each customer.
