How to Cancel Your Copilot Subscription

How to Cancel

To cancel your account, start by going to Settings > Your Billing History

From here you can click the X Cancel Subscription button.

A pop up will appear asking some feedback questions. Follow the prompts, and if you decide to cancel, your subscription will not renew on it's next cycle.

Once you cancel, you will stay on the tier that you are on until your billing cycle ends. Then you will be moved to the Solo version.

You can always resubscribe by clicking the Swap to Another Plan button.

Make sure to cancel any Add-Ons (like employee logins) you have as well. Cancelling your base subscription does not automatically cancel Add-Ons.

Copilot CRM understands the importance of transparency when it comes to refunds. Below, we’ve outlined our refund policies, eligibility criteria, and expected processing timelines.

No Refund Policy

Copilot CRM maintains a no refund policy for all subscription charges, including renewals, unless when using the 365 Day Guarantee on the Enterprise plan. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including cancellations, prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial billing periods, or forgotten cancellations.

If you believe a billing error occurred due to a mistake on Copilot CRM’s part, please contact our support team. Validated errors will be refunded in accordance with the timeline outlined below.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will typically appear on your original card within 5–10 business days. If you haven’t seen the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your financial institution for further clarification.

Refunds and Auto-Renewal Policies

Copilot CRM operates on a subscription model with auto-renewal enabled by default for customer convenience. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support so we can investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund consistent with the above policy.

When to Contact Support for Refund Assistance

If you have any questions or concerns about a charge or a refund request, don’t hesitate to contact Copilot CRM’s support team. We’re here to assist and ensure any billing concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.

No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be given for Free, Starter, or Pro plans. Annual subscriptions will also not be refunded or prorated if cancellation takes place during the annual term. Mobile users will not be discounted, refunded, or prorated if cancelled between monthly billing cycle.
