Introduction
Getting started with Copilot CRM begins with choosing the right plan for your business. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling a growing team, Copilot has options that fit your needs. This guide walks you through the full signup process.
Step 1: Go to the Copilot Website
Open your browser and go to copilotcrm.com.
Click Get Started or Pricing from the top navigation.
Step 2: Choose Your Pricing Plan
Review the available plans and select the one that best fits your business:
Solo (Free) Plan – Great for testing the basics of Copilot.
Starter – Unlocks automation, integrations, and email functionality that save you time.
Pro Plan – Designed for teams managing more complex routes, managing time sheets, and wanting to reduce card processing fees.
Enterprise Plan (Recommended) – Tailored for businesses who want the all-in-one experience with Copilot.
💡 Paid plans give you access to premium features like customer communication, automations, and route management that help your business grow faster.
Click Select Plan under your choice to continue.
Step 3: Accept the Terms of Service
Before creating your account, you’ll be asked to review and accept Copilot’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click I Agree, and then Set Up Account to proceed.
Step 4: Create Your Login Credentials
Enter the information you’ll use to log in:
Email address
Password
Step 5: Choose Your Subscription Plan
After creating your login, select your subscription plan to activate your account.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime in Settings > Your Billing History.
Step 6: Enter Your Business Details
Fill out your account profile with:
Company name
First & Last name
Business location
Phone number
This ensures your workspace is customized for your team.
Step 7: Start Using Copilot
Once your account is created, you can start using the system to the fullest!
