Overview
You can easily see where each tag is applied in Copilot CRM — whether it’s linked to a Customer, Property, Visit, or another record type. This helps you track how tags are being used throughout your account.
Step 1: Open the Tags Page
In your Copilot dashboard, go to Resources > Tags.
You’ll see a list of all tags currently created in your account.
Each tag will display columns showing how many times it’s been used in different categories, such as Customers, Properties, Visits, or Events.
Step 2: Select a Tag to View
Find the tag you want to review.
Under the category you’d like to view (for example, Customers or Events), click the number in that column.
This number represents how many times the tag has been used in that specific category.
Step 3: View Tagged Records
After clicking the number, you’ll be taken to a filtered list showing all records that use that tag.
Example:
If you click the number under the Events column for the tag “backyard”, you’ll see all events where that tag has been applied.
