Overview
If you need to adjust pricing across multiple items or services at once, Copilot allows you to make bulk price updates. You can increase or decrease prices by a fixed dollar amount or a percentage, saving time and keeping your pricing consistent across your account.
Step 1: Open the Items & Services Page
From your Copilot dashboard, go to Resources > Items & Services.
You’ll see a list of all the items and services currently in your account.
Step 2: Select Items or Services to Update
Use the checkboxes to select the items or services you want to change.
To select all, check the box at the top of the column.
Once selected, click the Change Prices button.
Step 3: Choose How to Update Prices
In the Change Prices window:
Choose whether to Increase or Decrease prices.
Select your adjustment type:
Fixed Amount – Add or subtract a specific dollar value (e.g., +$5.00).
Percentage – Adjust by a percentage (e.g., +10%).
This flexibility lets you apply across-the-board updates or fine-tune pricing by category.
Step 4: Apply to Scheduled or Future Visits
You’ll see an option to determine where your price updates will take effect:
If checked: All scheduled visits using these items or services will update with the new prices.
If unchecked: Only future visits will use the updated prices; existing scheduled visits will remain unchanged.
Choose the option that best fits your workflow.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After reviewing your selections:
Click the Change Price button.
Your selected items and services will automatically update with the new prices.
Important Notes
Price changes are permanent once applied, so double-check your selections before saving.
You can repeat this process at any time to make further adjustments.
Historical invoices will not be affected by price updates.
Example
If you’re increasing labor costs by 5% for the new season, select all relevant labor services, choose Increase by Percentage, enter 5%, and apply the change. All future and optionally scheduled visits will now reflect the updated pricing.
