Introduction
The Multi-Location Office Login allows you to link multiple paid Copilot accounts together through a single shared login website.
This feature is especially useful if:
You have admins managing multiple locations.
Your customer service team needs to log in and take actions across different accounts.
You must have at least one Enterprise-tier Copilot account to use this feature, and all additional accounts must also be on a paid tier.
How to Request Multi-Location Office Login
To enable this feature, youโll need to contact ATC (our support team).
When submitting your request, provide:
The email address of the location you want to set as Primary.
This will be the account where employees who use this feature are stored.
The email addresses of your other locations.
Our support team will confirm once setup is complete.
How to Use Multi-Location Office Login
Once our support team has enabled the feature, you can log in at:

Granting Access to Employees
Go to Team > Employees.
Select the employee who needs multi-location access.
Go to Login & Privileges.
Scroll to the bottom and check Franchise Login.
This gives the employee access to the new Command Center, where they can switch between locations seamlessly.
