To get to the Customer Portal settings, click on the "Gear icon" on the top right of the screen and select the "Customer Portal" tab.
On this page, you can see the URL linking to your Copilot Customer Portal. You can demo that login page to see what your Customers will see on the portal. If you click the "Copy to Clipboard" button, the URL will now be ready to be pasted wherever you need your URL.
Unlike the Work Request form, there is no embed code for the Customer Portal widget. In order to achieve similar results to that, you can add a button on your website and have that button link to your Login URL that you copied from before. You can also set a specific Logout URL as well if you want the Customer Portal to redirect them to a specific webpage when logging out.
