How to Enable / Disable the Ability for Customers to Add Credit in Their Client Portal

In Copilot, you have the ability for your customers to add a credit on their account, at any time through their client portal.

To Enable this feature, you will want to go to Settings > Client Login Widget. From here you can scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Show Credit Balance On Client Portal setting.

Note: This setting is Disabled by default.

This setting is disabled by default to help prevent confusion on the customer's end when making deposits.

When a customer needs to make a deposit, they will need to make it from the estimate itself, not through this feature. It is recommended that if you require deposits to accept estimates, that you keep the Show Credit Balance On Client Portal feature Disabled.
