Inactive Customer Report

Overview

The Inactive Customer Report helps you track customers who are no longer being serviced.


This report can be useful for understanding customer churn, reviewing inactive accounts, or identifying opportunities for re-engagement.


Step 1: Open the Reports Page

  1. Go to the Reports tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Under the Others section, click Inactive Customers.


Step 2: Set Your Date Range

  1. Choose the Date Range you want to include in the report.

  2. The report will display customers based on the date they were marked inactive.

Example:
If a customer was marked inactive on March 15 and you select a range from March 1–31, that customer will appear in the report.


Step 3: View or Export the Report

Once your report is generated, you can:

  • Export the data as an Excel or CSV file

  • Print the report for record-keeping or team review


Use Case Examples

  • Review customers who paused or canceled services within a certain period

  • Track inactive accounts to identify reactivation opportunities

  • Maintain accurate reporting for retention and churn analysis
