How to Filter the Customers Page

Overview

The Customers page provides powerful filtering options to help you locate customers efficiently. Whether you’re searching by service type, payment status, or scheduled appointments, filters help you narrow your results to exactly what you need.


Step 1: Open the Filter Menu

  1. Go to the Customers page in your Copilot dashboard.

  2. Click the Select filter dropdown at the top of the page.

This menu allows you to choose any field to filter by, including Service Type, Credit Card/ACH, Recurring Service, and more.


Step 2: Choose Your Filter Criteria

Select the condition and value you’d like to use.

Example:
To find all customers without a credit card on file, choose:

  • Credit Card/ACH

  • Equal to

  • Does Not Have Credit Card on File

Then click the Filter button (blue) to apply the filter.


Step 3: Add Multiple Filters (Optional)

You can combine filters for more specific results.

Example:
To find customers who do not have a credit card on file and have a service scheduled:

  1. After adding your first filter, click + Add Filter.

  2. Choose Service Scheduled > Scheduled.

  3. Click the Filter button again to apply both filters.

Your results will now only include customers matching all selected criteria.


Step 4: Contact Filtered Customers

Once you’ve filtered your list, you can message those customers directly:

  1. Click the checkbox beside each customer, or select all using the top checkbox.

  2. Scroll to the top of the page and click the Send button.

  3. Choose Email or Text to contact the selected customers.


Important

  • You must click the Filter button every time you change or add filters.

  • Filters can be layered as needed for highly specific results.
