How customers can unsubscribe from text messages:
In order for them to unsubscribe from your messages to them, customers simply need to type the word STOP and send it to the business's Copilot number as seen below.
After the customer sends this text message, they will receive a confirmation message automatically as shown below.
Note: Copilot currently does not give any visible notification that the customer has opted out of text messages. To see if they have unsubscribed or not, you would have to read the message history.

What unsubscribing does:
When a customer unsubscribes to text messages from Copilot, the system will not allow any text messages from the business to go through until the customer re-subscribes. If the customer re-subscribes, messages sent to them while they were unsubscribed will go through.
Note: Unsubscribing from SMS text messages means that the customer will not receive estimates, invoices, direct messages, or mass marketing campaigns via text.

What texting HELP does:
If a customer texts the word HELP, it will tell them how they can unsubscribe from messages.
