Not receiving payouts from Stripe

If you aren't getting payouts from Stripe, here's what you should do:

Login to your Stripe account and update your information as required. There will be a red banner from Stripe on your account that will tell you what's needed, which will be located at the top of your screen. This is a normal request from Stripe as they won't throw warnings up at you unless there is a problem.

As you start to move more money through Stripe, they will require additional information and verification. Typically, this starts with just an ID verification and Home address verification. However, as you grow as a business, they will also require other verifications such as Legal entity verification, Business address verification, Bank account verification, and Website verification. In some countries, other requirements may also be asked of you. All of these verifications will vary based on your business location.

We recommend you keep an eye out for emails from Stripe as well as make sure you log in to your Stripe account every so often to check if they need anything else from you. Waiting to do so may cause payout delays, so be sure to avoid that by checking your account. Checking your Stripe account regularly also will allow you to catch other issues soon after they happen or allow you to catch issues before they happen.
