Customer Specific Automations

🔘 Turning Automations On or Off (Per Customer)

  1. Go to the Customers tab.

  2. Find the customer you want to edit and click their name to open their profile.

  3. Once on the customer’s page, select the “Automations” tab.

  4. You’ll see all automations linked to that customer.

  5. From here, you can:

    • Turn automations on or off

    • 🗒️ Enable or disable reviews for each automation

Note: Only standard automations can be disabled on a per-customer basis. Sequence Automations are either enabled for ALL customers or NO customers, and can be filtered down by using the AND conditions within them.

📩 Customer Notifications

  • Send an email or text before servicing a property.

  • Notify customers when a service is completed.

  • Send a reminder when an invoice is past due.

  • Automatically message customers when they accept, decline, or request changes to an estimate.

  • Send an email or text explaining what to expect next after an estimate is accepted.

💰 Billing & Payment Updates

  • Notify customers when a payment is made, an invoice is created, or it becomes past due.

  • Send updates when a bank account or credit card is added.

🧑‍💼 Team & Scheduling Alerts

  • Alert you or your employees when a visit is added to the schedule.

  • Notify staff or customer when a job starts or stops.

  • Send an alert to you, your team, or customer when an estimate is accepted, declined, or requested to be changed


Flexible Timing Options

Automations can be triggered:

  • 📅 A week before an event

  • 🕐 A day or hour early

  • 🔄 After an event occurs


🚀 Continuous Improvements

Copilot regularly adds new automations every week or so, expanding what you can automate and streamline.
