The QuickBooks Online one-way sync is currently only available for new Copilot accounts created after December 16, 2024. If your account was created before December 16, 2024, you are still operating under the two-way sync.
How to Avoid Duplicate Entries in QuickBooks
To avoid creating duplicate customers in QuickBooks Online, we recommend taking the following steps to ensure the safest connection.
Step 1: Sync your QuickBooks Online Account to Copilot.
Step 2: Turn OFF all auto-sync settings.
Step 3: Import CSV of Customers to Copilot.
Step 4: Map customers using the QB Map.
Step 5: Turn on auto-sync as desired.
