In order to send a document via email is from the "Marketing>Documents" tabs.
Find the document you have already created that you want to send and click the Envelope Icon at the top right hand side in the "Documents List" section.
A pop-up will appear, and you will choose who you send it by clicking the "+" sign next to the customer's name. You can search directly for the customer you wish to send it to. You can email more than one person at a time.
You can check the box if you want to send a PDF of the document with the email if you wish to do so.
Click the "Send Email" button when ready to send the email.
