Text messages are sent out at a rate of 100 per hour
For campaigns sending less than 50 emails, they will go out instantly, ensuring swift outreach for smaller targeted efforts.
For campaigns sending 50+ emails, they will be sent out at a rate of 1,000 per hour.

How to Send Marketing Blasts in Copilot
First, find your Customers page by visiting the "Customers" tab in the left-hand menu.
Once you're on the Customers page, use the filters at the top to find the list of customers you'd like to email.
Click the top left hand box to select the customers on your list, then at the top right hand side of the page you will select "Send" and choose either "Email" or "Text Message" to finish your mass email send.
If your filter includes more customers than can show on the page, a popup will ask you if you want to send your marketing communication to just the customers on the selected page, or to all who are included in the filter.
If you've selected Email, the email builder pops up with the option to select from your templates and the ability to further customize your email before sending it. When you're ready to send, click the "Send Email" button at the bottom right-hand side of the pop-up.
If you've selected Text Message, a popup will appear asking you which text message template you would like to send. You can also edit this template before clicking the "Send Message" button.
