How To Add A Recurring Visit

To add a recurring visit, navigate to the "Team>Scheduling" tab, then click the "+New Event" button and select "Visit to Customer".

On the New Visit page, select your Customer and Property. Those are both required to create a new visit. You also have the option to select a Level Billing Agreement, a location, a color code for scheduling, and Items/Services for your visit if you wish to do so.

After that, scroll down to the "Type" section and click "Recurring Series of Visits". From there, you can choose if the recurring visit should happen Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

Additionally, you have the option to choose a Start Date and time of day that this visit will occur. Note: this is helpful for your schedule but it is not required.

You can also choose to Pause the visit during the Off-season.

You also have the option to set the last date you will visit if you know that date. If you do not have an end date, you can either set a total number of visits before the visits stop or you could select for the visits to be Indefinite if you plan on servicing that customer and property for a long time.

At the bottom of the page, you have the option to add Visit Forms, Notes, Tags, To-do's, and photos to your recurring visit. You can also assign specific Crews or Employees to these recurring visits as well.

Once you are done, click "Create Visit" at the bottom of the page to create your recurring visit.
