Optimize Route for a Single Crew

Step 1: Filtering by Crew

If you want to filter your events by a single crew, you can go to Team > Dispatch Board.

Once on the Dispatch Board, click the button that says All Crews. Then you will want to choose the crew that you would like to optimize.

Now the page will update to only show events assigned to that crew.

Now that you have your events filtered to your crew, you will want to select the visits by using the checkboxes, and then you can click the Optimize & Save button to optimize the route.
