On the dispatch board, you can select visits for the day and sort them by color for the following conditions:
Event Color Event Type Service Crew Employee
Here's how they sort:
Event Color: Sorts by the color that you set it to manually when creating the event
Event Type: Sorts by the different types of events that show on your map
Service: Sorts by the different services assigned to your stops (ex. Mowing, trimming, weeding)
Crew: Sorts crews into different colors so you can easily track them
Employee: Sorts employees into different colors so you can easily track them
Multi-Day Coloring of Visits:
If you select multiple days on your Dispatch Board, each day will be automatically sorted by color.
This will allow you to easily see which days your Dispatch Board stops are on when looking at multiple days.
These colors can be changed by clicking the Colored Dot on the day you wish to change:
As you can see in the example above, the stops are now sorted by color on your map so they are easily identifiable at a glance.
