Overview
The Profit and Loss Report in Copilot CRM allows you to compare your billed and collected payments against your business expenses, giving you an accurate view of your revenue.
How to View the Profit and Loss Report
To access the Profit and Loss Report:
Click on the Reports tab in the left-side menu.
Select Profit & Loss under the Receivables section.
Filtering the Report by Date
To filter the report by a specific date range:
Click the date range dropdown at the top of the report.
Select your desired date range.
Note: By default, the report shows data for the current year to date. You can change this by selecting a different date range from the dropdown.
Understanding Billed vs. Collected Revenue
π Billed Revenue
The Billed section displays the total revenue invoiced to customers.
Only visits that generate an invoice contribute to this report.
π Collected Revenue
The Collected section tracks the payments received from customers.
Any credits applied to customer accounts will also appear in this section.
