How to Skip a Visit

Sometimes you may need to mark a visit as "Skipped". This could be due to weather, the customer saying they didn't need servicing at this time, etc.

To skip a visit, first go to the "Team>Schedule" tab.

When you are on the schedule screen, click the visit you want to mark as "Skipped". This will bring up the visit popup.

At the bottom of this popup is a yellow "Skip" button.

Once you click the "Skip" button, you will get a popup asking for a reason to skip the visit.

Enter the reason for the skip in the text box, click the "Skip" button, and it will be saved as skipped.


It will now be marked Yellow on your schedule so you can easily see visits marked as "Skipped".

Clicking on the visit in your Calendar will show you the reason for skipping the visit at the top of the visit popup:
