To import data into Copilot, follow these steps:
Access Import Settings
Click the CSV Imports option in the menu, then select the settings gear in the top right corner. Choose Import Customers, Properties, Expenses, Items & Services.Choose Your Import Type
You will see four buttons that allow you to import data using a.CSVfile:Import Customers
Import Properties
Import Items & Services
Import Expenses
Importing Customers
Click Import Customers to open a page where you can download a sample .CSV file. Use this sample to ensure your file is formatted correctly for a successful import.
Importing Properties
Click Import Properties to access a page with a sample .CSV file. Download the file to check the required format.
Importing Items & Services
Click Import Items & Services and then click the "Click to Select File to Import" button to upload your .CSV file.
Importing Expenses
Click Import Expenses to open a page where you can download a sample .CSV file. Once your file is ready, click the blue "Click to Select File to Import" button.
